Remy Gardner will miss the Jerez Moto2 race after breaking his legs in a training incident

Tech3 Moto2 rider Remy Gardner will miss this weekend's Spanish Grand Prix from Jerez after suffering a suspected ankle injury and two broken legs in a training incident. Gardner was training on his motocross bike in Spain when he crashed, breaking his legs and his ankle as a result. The Australian – who currently sits 12th in the Moto2 points standings after two top 12 finishes from the opening three rounds – is currently awaiting treatment at the Dexeus Hospital in Barcelona, and is likely to be sidelined “for a few weeks.” Tech3 team boss Herve Poncheral said: “It's very disappointing news that we received today from [Remy's father and the 1987...
