Lorenzo 'expected the worst' after crash

– Yamaha rider Jorge Lorenzo admitted he "expected the worst" after he suffered a heavy crash during the closing stages of third practice at the Japanese Grand Prix.Lorenzo was rounding Turn 2 when he suffered a high-side and landed heavily on his back, and had to be stretchered away from the scene of the incident.Lorenzo was transferred to Dokkyo Hospital for a precautionary CT scan and was given the all clear, enabling the Spaniard to return to action and qualify on the front row of the grid."It's been a long time since I had a crash like today," he said."I was flying a lot of metres in the air and I touched the ground very strong, so I was scared."I...
