Austria MotoGP: Dovizioso fastest as Ducati dominates FP2

Ducati dominated the second free practice session for MotoGP’s return to Austria, the works bikes lapping well clear of the opposition to take a 1-2. Andrea Dovizioso set the pace with 1m23.617s, two tenths faster than teammate Andrea Iannone. Maverick Vinales was best of the rest for Suzuki, having set the pace this morning, just ahead of the factory Yamaha of Valentino Rossi.  Story of the session With the track temperature rising to over 18C in this session, the new tyres Michelin have brought this weekend, after problems in testing here last month, appeared to work more effectively than this morning.
