Miller ruled out of Misano race

Marc VDS rider Jack Miller will be forced to skip the San Marino Grand Prix due to pain in his right hand. The Assen TT winner, who has already sat out three races this season, continued to struggle with an injury picked up at the Red Bull Ring, leading to a decision for Miller to skip the Misano warm-up session and race. His team Marc VDS cited "too much pain in [Miller's] injured right hand" as the reason for the Aussie withdrawing. Miller had qualified 17th for the grand prix, almost half a second up on teammate Tito Rabat.
