Moto3: Binder relishing ‘Slipstream City’ at Silverstone
Moto3 championship leader Brad Binder says he’s relishing the opportunity for an outing at his ‘home’ race this weekend at Silverstone – and the chance to have a battle in the slipstream on the Northamptonshire track’s long straights. The holder of a British passport, the South African admitted to MCN that as long as the weather holds up, he’s a big fan of the longest track on the MotoGP calendar. “Silverstone would be so great if the weather always played ball! But I’ve got a British passport, so I guess you could say I’m heading home for it in a way. I’m looking forward to it – I’m enjoying a block of races together, because it keeps me more focused on the goal....
