Rossi to continue with new Yamaha chassis at Silverstone

Valentino Rossi says he will continue to use Yamaha’s new MotoGP chassis for the rest of the British Grand Prix weekend after testing it further in Friday practice. The Italian spent much of the opening day of the Silverstone event carrying out back-to-back comparisons between his existing frame and the new one, which he tried out in post-race testing at Brno. Rossi, who ended the day sixth fastest, also tried out a new swing-arm, but said he couldn’t feel a significant improvement using it and is therefore unlikely to continue using it. “At the end, I liked the different chassis, the new one I tried in Brno, so I think we will continue [to use it],” said the seven-time premier...
