MotoGP: Lorenzo ready for ‘bittersweet’ Assen
Reigning MotoGP world champion Jorge Lorenzo says he’s ready for this weekend’s resumption of hostilities at Assen, as the series heads to a circuit that he admits has been bittersweet for him in the past. Despite admitting to loving the track layout, as most racers do, Lorenzo has only won at the Dutch track once, with only three podium finishes there in his nine years in the premiere class.
