Rossi to stick with old fuel tank
Valentino Rossi revealed that Yamaha has decided to remain with the normal configuration of the fuel tank for the time being. Despite his dominant win at Jerez, the Italian was back on the track for testing, as the team needed to try out the new rear fuel tank concept and new Michelin front tyres. After 52 laps, Rossi and Yamaha had their answer… "We tried the bike more in the 2016 version with a different fuel tank," revealed 'The Doctor' on crash.net. "I felt better with the standard fuel tank so I think we'll continue with the normal one."
