Ducati rider Andrea Iannone said finishing third at the Circuit of the Americas on Sunday has lifted his confidence after the criticism he received last weekend for crashing into his teammate Andrea Dovizioso. In Argentina, in the previous race when battling with his Dovizioso for second place on the last lap, Iannone lost control of his bike taking both Ducati bikes out of the race, losing out on a likely double podium.
