MotoGP staying in Argentina
The Termas de Rio Hondo circuit will host the Argentina Grand Prix for three more years after an agreement was reached just ahead of the 2016 race. The news was confirmed this past weekend after an agreement was reached between Dorna Sports, the Argentinean Tourism Minister, the Santiago del Estero Government and OSD, the promoter of the event. Many riders rate the Termas de Rio Hondo among their favourite circuits and are delighted to return for three more years. In 2014 close to 126 000 fans visited the circuit for the MotoGP race and in 2015 over 130 000 came to the event.
