Moto3 Assen: Bastianini earns second consecutive pole

Enea Bastianini set a stunning 1m 41.283s lap to lower the record at 'The Cathedral' once again and top the Dutch Moto3 Grand Prix qualifying session, his second pole in a row after achieving the first of his career at just the last round in Catalunya. The Gresini rider set the best ever lap of the Assen track as the riders entered the final very busy five minutes of the session and with the other riders all tangling for track space the time stood as a flurry of late fast laps went awry in the closing stages. Honda's ecstatic wheelie-popping Italian will be hunting again for his first ever race win on Saturday, and is championship leader Danny Kent's closest rival in second overall. Second...
