Marquez broke metal arm plate ‘opening a window'

Marc Marquez broke the metal plate in his arm 'opening a window' team manager Alberto Puig has revealed. Marquez had to undergo a second surgery on his broken arm on Monday, his Repsol Honda team confirmed, but no details were provided as to how the plate had been damaged, with the team only stating 'an accumulation of stress' as the reason. On Thursday Puig confirmed that the plate inserted following his Jerez crash, which was secured with 12 screws, had to be replaced after Marquez 'opened a window'.
