Dutch TT MotoGP round postponed due to Covid-19
The Dutch TT at Assen has become the latest round of the
MotoGP world championship to be postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, with an
autumn date targeted for resumption. The Dutch classic has become the tenth event so far on the ’20
schedule to be cancelled or rescheduled as the effects of coronavirus continue
to take hold around the globe, new restrictions from the Dutch government
forcing the event organisers to delay the race until later in the autumn, or
possibly next year. A statement released from the organisers this morning
confirmed that any purchased tickets will remain valid for whenever the race
