Reigning double MotoGP champion Marc Marquez has undergone surgery after fracturing his left little finger in a dirt track training accident. As a result the Repsol Honda star, already 30 points from Valentino Rossi after their dramatic clash in Argentina, is yet to be confirmed for next weekend's Jerez race. A statement from Repsol Honda said only that Marquez's participation in the Spanish Grand Prix "has not been ruled out".
