Sachsenring signs deal to remain MotoGP German GP venue through 2020/21 seasons

The German Grand Prix will remain at the Sachsenring for at least the next two years; it was confirmed today by ADAC Sachsen. Klaus Kotzner, alongside Dorna CEO Carmelo Ezpeleta and ADAC Sports President Hermann Tomczyk, confirmed a deal that will see the German race continue at the Sachsenring through 2020 and ’21 on Saturday afternoon as qualifying for the ’19 MotoGP event was under-way. “We are extremely happy to continue our relationship with ADAC,” said Ezpeleta. “Germany is one of the most important countries in Europe and German motorcycle racing has always been important, so it’s very important for us to keep the German Grand Prix. “This is...
