Maverick Vinales' form revival 'a combination' of factors

Qatar MotoGP poleman Maverick Vinales says his upturn in speed across the 2019 pre-season is down to a “combination” of bike and personnel changes. Vinales went 15 months without a victory following his 2017 French Grand Prix success, only ending that drought at Phillip Island last year during a difficult campaign.  The 2013 Moto3 world champion proved quick throughout testing on the new M1, topping the Qatar test outright before breaking the lap record on Saturday to claim pole in qualifying.
