Johann Zarco has apologised to MotoGP World Champion after ending Marc Marquez’s Australian race, rear-ending the Spaniard’s RC213V in Phillip Island. The Frenchman was caught out at the end of the Gardener Straight, with nowhere to go, the Frenchman’s satellite M1 reared into the back of Marquez, leaving both riders race run. Race direction decided not to take action, with both riders calling it a racing incident.
