MotoGP Buriram: Yamaha duo still unsure of M1 improvement
Both Valentino Rossi and Maverick Vinales are still unsure whether some electronics modifications returned them to the MotoGP podium fight or it was a combination of a harder Michelin carcass and a grippy track. The pair were right on the pace all weekend with Rossi claiming a podium while in the race, Vinales was able to bag third behind Marc Marquez and Andrea Dovizioso with his team-mate in close attendance. 'I believe it is the changes we did on the bike but the rear tyre is also different.
