MotoGP Brno: Slow race fine by Marquez
MotoGP World Championship leader said that today’s slower race in Brno suited him perfectly, having to take less risks in extending his lead atop the World Championship. The Repsol Honda rider finished third, behind the factory Ducati duo of Andrea Dovizioso and Jorge Lorenzo. Despite the strength of the Ducati’s, Marquez said the slow race suited him perfectly meaning he didn’t have to risk staying with the leaders. “I mean the race was slow but for me it was welcome,” said the six-time World Champion. “If you’re slow, then less risk, so more chance to finish the race in a good way.
