MotoGP Catalunya: Bastianini takes Moto3 win as Martin crashes

Leopard Racing's Enea Bastianini took his first Moto3 win since Motegi in 2016 as he snatched a last-lap victory at the Catalan MotoGP this morning. The Italian had been in contention for the entire clash, gambling on the hard rear tyre for pace at the end and it paid off as he swept into the lead at turn on one on the final lap and rode perfect sectors to cross the line by 0.167s. Championship leader Marco Bezzecchi nicked second place by 0.003s as he outdragged Gabriel Rodrigo to the line as the Argentian took his first-ever world championship podium.
