– LCR Honda rider Cal Crutchlow topped a tight second practice session for the Italian Grand Prix at Mugello with a rapid run in the closing stages.Crutchlow produced a time of 1:47.365 with a couple of minutes remaining to beat Andrea Dovizioso's FP2 benchmark by 0.029s.Ducati's Dovizioso also led the way for the majority of FP2 but was bumped down to second by Crutchlow's late effort, ending up 0.161s back.It was a close affair in the peak afternoon temperatures, with just over half a second covering the top 10 riders, and 1.5s covering first to 21st.Tech 3 Yamaha pair Jonas Folger and Johann Zarco, who will continue as team-mates through 2018, were next on the timesheets,...
