Lorenzo poised for first Ducati test run
– Ducati has confirmed that Jorge Lorenzo will make his first outing with the manufacturer during next week's post-season test session at the Ricardo Tormo Circuit in Valencia.Lorenzo, a three-time MotoGP champion, announced earlier in the year that he would switch to Ducati for 2017, ending an association with Yamaha that has stretched back almost a decade.Yamaha has given Lorenzo permission to test Ducati's Desmosedici next Tuesday and Wednesday, when MotoGP will stay on for two days of running after this weekend's Valencian Grand Prix.Lorenzo will be joined at the test by incumbent Andrea Dovizioso.
