Pedrosa unsure of fitness for Valencia MotoGP finale

Repsol Honda’s Dani Pedrosa isn’t yet sure whether he will be able to compete at the Valencia MotoGP finale, so Nicky Hayden could get another shot with his old team. The Spaniard broke his collarbone in a fall at Motegi and subsequently underwent surgery in his native country as well as physiotherapy. Pedrosa says he will know next week whether racing will be possible. “I’m getting better with every day that goes by. Physical therapy is going well, and at this time all I can think about is racing once again. I’m working hard with my mind set on recovering in time for Valencia, but I’m still not entirely sure whether it will be possible as I will know next week,” he said.
