Laverty requires medical checks before FP3

– Eugene Laverty will require clearance from medical staff at Motegi in order to compete across the remainder of the Japanese Grand Prix weekend, following a practice crashAspar rider Laverty was trying to get his soft tyres up to temperature when he suffered a high side at Turn 6 during the closing stages of the second session.Laverty was stretchered away from the scene and while he was able to walk to the Medical Centre, he was transferred to Dokkyo Medical University Hospital for further checks.Laverty was cleared of any serious injuries but will need clearance prior to participating in third practice on Saturday."I noticed it was taking more time to warm up so I tried to be...
