Lowes to skip qualifying after FP3 crash
– Tech 3 rider Alex Lowes will not take part in qualifying for the Aragón Grand Prix after crashing during the third practice session on Saturday morning.Lowes, who is standing in for the injured Bradley Smith for a third successive round, fell at Turn 19 and limped away from the scene with the assistance of marshals.Lowes did not reappear in the session and ultimately finished at the foot of the combined practice times.Tech 3 has now confirmed that he will skip qualifying before being assessed by medical staff on Sunday morning, in order to evaluate whether he is fit to take part in the race.The Briton will therefore start from 21st position should he be declared fit to ride on...
