Iannone cleared to race at Aragon GP
Andrea Iannone has been given the green light to compete in this weekend's Aragon MotoGP event. The Ducati rider missed the previous race at Misano after doctors did not clear him following a high-speed crash during first practice on Friday. Iannone suffered a T3 vertebra fracture in the crash and was replaced for the remainder of the weekend by Michele Pirro. Back then, MotoGP medical director Angel Charte said that medical centre's staff were wrong to declare Iannone unfit.
