‘I don't know if I will be ready to fight for MotoGP title' - Lorenzo

Repsol Honda's Jorge Lorenzo is playing down his 2019 MotoGP title ambitions and says he is fighting against riders who have much more experience on their respective machinery. Lorenzo has a handful of tests left on the 2019 RC213V before he goes into the opening Qatar round in March, but also reckons he already feels more confident with the Honda than he did after two seasons on the GP18. 'I do not know if I will be ready to fight for the world title from the first season at Honda. For sure, I am going to try to be the best prepared for the first race in Qatar but it is not that simple, and even more now we have just three or four tests before the beginning of the season,' said Lorenzo....
