New Silverstone surface gets Crutchlow seal of approval

Britain's leading MotoGP rider Cal Crutchlow became the first to get a feel for the new surface at Silverstone and he has given it a firm thumbs up. The LCR Honda man lapped on a race-kitted RC213V-S at the track today before taking some semi-willing victims out for pillion laps on the circuit which has its new surface laid over the winter in a multi-million pound facelift. “It’s been a privilege to be at Silverstone today and to see the work and investment that has gone into the improvements to the track.
